Marina Trace LLC
Marina Trace is a private, marina-only operational intelligence network built to help marina operators identify problem vessels before they become costly issues. Most vessel problems start small — late payments, missed calls, unresolved paperwork — and quietly escalate into liens, abandonments, and expensive removals. Marina Trace gives marinas early operational awareness so they can make better decisions at intake and during tenancy.
Marinas can search by HIN, VIN (for pre-HIN vessels), state registration, or USCG documentation number to see whether a vessel has been reported by another vetted marina. If a match exists, operators see which marina submitted the report and how to contact them — nothing more. All follow-up happens directly between marinas.
When a marina reports a problem vessel, it creates private network visibility that can help other legitimate parties who are already searching for that vessel recognize it, increasing the chance of faster resolution. Marina Trace does not collect or display owner profiles, credit data, or sensitive personal information.
Marina Trace is not a blacklist, credit system, public registry, or enforcement tool. It is a neutral, private registry designed for real-world marina operations — helping protect docks, staff, and revenue. Access is limited to vetted marina operators.
