It is customizable for your marina including logo, arrival times, advertising your local services and more! The app is simple and only takes minutes to learn. It is a low-cost, streamlined app that allows marinas to quickly and efficiently meet customer needs.
Marinas
For the marina, requests come in via the app and are automatically sorted by arrival time in an easy-to-read list. Customer needs, such as gas or ice, are conveniently included as well as rack location for quick retrieval. This simple process allows marinas to quickly and efficiently manage customer requests without the hassle of phone calls or drivers managing multiple arrivals at once. The app has built in selectable options to match marina operations, requires no training and allows marinas to optimize their operations by seeing data trends throughout the season.
Boaters
For customers, boat launching is completed in three easy steps. The customer simply goes to the app, selects necessary services and arrival time, then clicks “launch my boat”. This will send the request to the marina. The ease makes it convenient and efficient. Customers are no longer dealing with long waiting times at the marina, confusing phone calls with dockhands, or trying to flag down the forklift driver. The app provides a valet-style service for maximum ease.
